The City Maintenance Department is responsible for routine inspecting, testing, cleaning, adjusting and lubricating all electrical, heating and air-conditioning equipment throughout the City.  It also establishes and provides for planned service and shutdown of equipment for maintenance and repair of all equipment during periods of least usage, lessening the danger of a possible breakdown of equipment.  Troubles can be detected at early stages and corrective action taken before damage is done.

7:00 am- 3:30 pm Winter Hours November - February
6:30 am- 5:00 pm Summer Hours March - October
