We will begin accepting reservations Monday, January 9, 2012

Reservations will be accepted for May 28, 2012 to September 3, 2012

Reservations are not available during Steel Days, July 16th through July 21st

Reservations must be made at least one week prior to desired date.

Reservations can be made:

Ø Online:  Click here to Register Now

Ø By phone, 763-3080 Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Ø In person at the American Fork Fitness Center (454 North Center Street)

Reservation Fee:

Ø Small Pavilion: Up to 60 people, 1 grill: Residents: $25 / Non-resident: $45

Ø Large Pavilion: Up to 120 people, 2 grills: Residents: $35 / Non-residents: $55

Ø Plus $20 cleaning / damage deposit is also be required at time of reservation

(The Deposit will be returned if the area is left clean and undamaged – a check will be sent    by AF City – allow 2-4 weeks for check to arrive)

Cancellation Policy: The full amount of reservation, less a $5.00 handling fee, and deposit will be returned if cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to reservation.  If cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to event, only the deposit amount will be returned
